1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons (under Section 355 of the German Civil Code). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your statement to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which notice of your withdrawal from this contract reached us.
For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
3. Specific information on digital content
The right of withdrawal lapses in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:
a) expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
b) confirmed that they are aware that by giving their consent to the start of performance of the contract they lose their right of withdrawal (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code).
In this case you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee below.
